Numerical
1. 616 ratings will be highest 09/10 USBC book average. OR (see
rule #2)
2. A composite rating of last 3 years, using only averages with
21 games or more, may be used. A composite rating is not necessary,
but will be used to re-rate. If book averages are from a sport
league use average adjustment chart on page 66 from playing rules
book (chart available on sportleague.com).
3. If no 09/10 book average, use highest current average of 21
games or more. If still no average use 08/09 book average. Summer
League averages may be used if no other average is available, last 2
years. If no 616 rating can be determined, use 210. Minimum 616
rating will be 170, maximum of 230.
4.
Your 616 rating will be re-rated up or down twice a year, beginning
and halfway through the 616 Tournament Season and
using a numerical system to achieve such re-rates. See Average Lists
below:

Always verify 616
ratings before tournament day. Tournament directors have
the right to re-rate.
